Pizza Nights

As an Anniversary present this year, our loving family gave us an awesome gift.
Something we {major 'all things kitchen' crazed obsessed people} have been wanting for a long long time.  You know, one of those things you've always wanted, but could never afford to get for yourself...  Our very own nice and shiny, powerful, handy dandy Kitchen Aid!

You don't know how excited we were to receive it.  We are so thankful to our family for such a gift.  We couldn't wait to give it a try.  For the first few weeks, I wouldn't be lying if I said hubby used it almost every single day.

But enough about getting it.
Let's talk about how it's used.
Aside from it's general awesomeness of mixing everything we need mixed,
and popping out cookie dough left and right
This baby puts in most of her hours making pizza dough.
That's right, I said it, pizza dough.
The hubby has become quite the pizza makin' machine.
We have pizza for dinner at least twice a week...yep.
I wont lie, I absolutely love that I don't have to cook 2 meals a week.
And what could be better than pizza twice a week.
Made fresh, with whatever toppings my heart so chooses.

I have majorly slacked in the picture taking department for our pizza nights.
So take a gander at the kids making their own pizza under daddy's instruction
Sorry they are so blurry, I hope to take better ones soon.

Look at those hands, she's a natural!

She went a bit crazy with the cheese!

Receiving proper spoon swirl instructions

Fresh mozzarella and pepperoni, mmm

Yum!

Quite proud of himself!

I would like to thank the family for giving my hubby the desire to make pizza several times a week.
And I'd like to thank the hubby for making pizza several times a week.
You're awesome!

Bon Appetit!

Yum!!! We eat pizza almost every friday night. In fact, I used to share a "friday night pizza night" recipe of different ones we've tried...it's pretty crazy. Anyway, I love making homemade pizza. I even did a youtube video sharing how we freeze it. It's okay to be obsessed with pizza. We'll join the same PA (pizza anonymous) group. :)

I have always wanted a Kitchen Aid even though my tiny kitchen with now storage has no room and we don't really cook that much anymore so now that I could probably get one, I don't need one. Enjoy yours.....pizza --- hope to enjoy that again one day. Right now my Ensure in my wine glass is pretty good. :)
